This is a water meter,there are many small parts that assembly together, it is very precise and have a very tight tolerance, the customer didn't have 3d file and only sent us a real sample, we reversed engineering and designed the whole 3d file according to sample, then make mold, we have very precise mold device,the tolearance reached +-0.01mm, it matched very well after assembly and have a very smooth rotation and good function for use, the customer also visited our factory and very satisfied with mass production products, he introduced us to some of his friends and partners. UK Customer's Display Advertising Device Development and Collaboration

This is a case for display advertising device,the customer is from UK,when we discussed with customer for the first time,the design had some issues for whole assembly,we provided some suggestions and our engieer made some optimization based on the previous design,then made 3d printing prototype for customer,Fortunately,the test is very good and matched perfectly,we produced one container to ship to customer,we cooperated together until now,and developed the other style for the display advertising device.

Large Tray Success: Solving Warping for American Customer

This tray was manufactured for one of Americal customer,I t's the frame for the Medlaw billboards, because the tray is very large, it is 1m, flat and a little thin, customer was very concerned warp for the tray, we made mold flow analysis to verify warp before mold making, then our professional technical deparment adjust different injection molding parameters according to their experience during injection production, the tray is very flat without warp in the end, the customer was very satisfied with the mass products, he also mailed a gift to us from US.
